The Dempster Family of NH3 pumps feature the large capacity B-4, which at .124 gallons per stroke is nearly double the volume of pumps currently on the market. This translates to 220 + lbs/acre of Nitrogen on the largest of toolbars (47' and above). This large displacement makes possible these maximum rates while lowering pump RPM's into the 250-350 RPM range, allowing for longer bearing and seal wear. Also, valve "floating" is greatly diminished and "positive" displacement is fully achieved.
